Venue and hotel
The Fifth EDCTP Forum will take place in hotel Ngurdoto Mountain Lodge, located in Arusha, Tanzania. All Forum sessions will take place in the hotel conference rooms. A block booking has been made at the Ngurdoto Mountain Lodge, allowing EDCTP-funded forum participants to stay at the hotel. Besides many amenities, the hotel has three restaurants and a coffee shop.

Please note: EDCTP will book rooms for Forum participants that are paid for by EDCTP. These participants will automatically receive a travel request form from EDCTP's travel department. EDCTP has negotiated a corporate rate for Forum participants with the Ngurdoto Mountain Lodge. The corporate rate is only available if the booking is made by EDCTP for registered participants. If you wish to stay at the Ngurdoto Mountain Lodge at the corporate rate, you can request your accommodation via travel[at]edctp.org. The rooms will be made available to attendees on a first come / first serve basis as the number of rooms available is limited.
